I'm not a coach but an educator. I want all teachers to be prepared, knowledgable & confident. I want all my studio owner colleagues to be smart, proactive and empowered. We achieve this through strong and effective education.
1. Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training.
A comprehensive program is defined as one that provides teacher training on all apparatus at levels Beginner through Advanced supported by a 400-600 hour apprenticeship.
What is not required, but part of the EYT experience, is support and guidance from many mentors through our Host and Affiliate Network.

It's easy to spend a few hours teaching you the movements and then walk away, but no one has ever accused me of taking the easy way.
With over 30 live seminar hours and 20 live workshop hours combined with mentorship from Jessica plus your Hosts or Affiliates, plus the teaching staff at your Host studio...you have an army standing behind you in this process. We are here to educate and empower you and give you the tools you need to reach whatever your goals might be.
2. Cadillac, Chair & Barrels.
EYT wants to fully support any Teacher working towards a Comprehensive education.
Teachers who are trained in Reformer & Mat only can complete their Cadillac, Chair & Barrel components with EYT.
We do NOT require that you do a Bridge Certification to participate in Cadillac, Chair & Barrels.
3. Master Teacher Training.
Becoming a Master Teacher is the natural progression in career development for a Teacher who has been successfully teaching for at least 15 years.
Many longevity teachers want to challenge themselves again or use their skills in a new way.
EYT Master Teacher Training is a 6 week course that provides the skills a senior teacher needs to run the EYT Teacher Training program on their own.
Master Teachers must have Hosted at least one semester and have a minimum of 15 years teaching experience.
EYT Master Teachers utilize the EYT curriculum and materials to run their programs and earn 70% of all student tuitions.
Sign Up4. Workshop-A-Month Continuing Education for Teachers.
The learning really begins AFTER the training is complete. I know that can sound daunting, but ask any successful/senior level teacher and they will tell you...the real education begins the application of what you've learned to real bodies.
Once the program is complete, new teachers can feel like they are out in the ocean without a life vest. New questions arise as new experiences are had. So we've created a workshop-a-month subscription so new teachers can stay tethered to the support they may feel they need. Workshops are emailed out the first week of the month and take place live once per quarter.

5. Evolve Network for Business-Builders.
I'm obsessed with helping our industry become better at business. We are helpers and healers by nature and sometimes forget we also are business owners and entrepreneurs.
To support this mission, I've created a community Hosts & Affiliates who want to grow their business or improve their business skills.
- Quarterly live workshops
- Weekly email with cut & paste content for their social and email
