Can I Just Ask You a Question?

As a Master Teacher and Mentor for 15 years, studio owner and employer for 20 and Teacher for what seems like forever...I have been asked for guidance, advice, pep talks and concrete questions that span every topic under the sun. And every one of these moments have started with "Can I just ask you a question?".

Can I Ask You A Question?

"I'm in a teacher training program (not yours) and am practicing on my home reformer. I came across your website and like your vibe so I thought I'd submit a question. I'm getting more comfortable teaching and am introducing some Intermediate exercises to people who have been coming for a few months. But I find I run out of things to say or cue. I say things like "switch switch switch", or just count because I've run out of other cues. Do you have any suggestions?" ~ Sincerely, At a Loss for Words
