Re-writing the Rules

Industry standard says that to host a Teacher Training program, you have to meet headcount minimums or pay enormous fees to close the gap. Some even require that you purchase their equipment to be a Host. And others, if they won't come to you....have your students fly to them multiple times a year for training.

All scenarios require you to give these student-teachers a home for their apprenticeship. And you are offered nothing for your time and space.

As a 20 year studio owner and 15 year Master Teacher....I'm just not into that business model.

If you Host the EYT Pilates Teacher Training program, I pay you.

You wouldn't show up to a party without a Hostess gift would you? Well, I'm not going to to either. As my Host, I will pay you 20% of every tuition your studio generates the first semester and 30% each semester after.

EYT provides the curriculum, the course materials, the long-form seminars, the workshops and the testing. You provide the studio for their apprenticeship.

And once you've hosted, you qualify to join the EYT Master Teacher course to run your own programs using the EYT curriculum.

Hi. I'm Jessica and I don't let anything get in my way.

I have a long and strong reputation for being a big-thinker with a "I can do this" attitude.

I've opened studios, grown studios, purchased studios and merged studios. I've purchased a failing gym and flipped it for a $100k profit in 2 years. I've opened, and enjoyed the success of and and sold a Pilates-inspired retail store. And, of course, I've written and perfected a Pilates Teacher Training program with over 30 (and counting) Hosts and Affiliates worldwide.

I've been called crazy, inspiring and ambitious -- all with a mix of both admiration and fear. But one thing that's consistent is my passion is contagious to those around me.

A FULL COLOR MANUAL

This manual have color images of each step of each movement on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower & Chair. The technique, muscles engaged, breath cues, modifications and variations are written with space for note-taking

For the listeners and watchers

Robust online curriculum

Complete with hundreds of videos, audio files, downloadable files, animated gifs and written study guides and syllabus for those who like to learn through listening and watching

For the live experience

Live Seminars

Roll up our sleeves and work on the movements that make the Method and the tools that make us Teachers. Seminars take place live over zoom and sometimes in person. Seminars are broken up into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced level content and build upon each other. During seminars we learn; we move; we teach; we laugh; we yawn.

Workshops

We couldn't possibly cover it all in our seminars or risk overwhelming our student teachers. All experienced teachers know that our gifts lie in the details. Workshops are where we dissect and learn those details. From the Principles to the business to Anatomy and everything in between, workshops take place the first three weeks of the month over 5 months.

About the Host Experience

Hosts are our partners in the EYT Pilates Teacher Training experience. It is so important that we have open channels of communication, thorough on-boarding, supportive marketing and overall good vibes.

Hosts are provided with the marketing materials, strategy, sales tools, on-boarding, a comprehensive guide book & continued support throughout the experience.

After hosting for one semester, hosts qualify for enrollment into the EYT Master Teacher program which enables them to run their own programs and receive 70% of the tuition fees.

How We
Can Help Your Studio Grow

Almost immediately, your studio will feel the benefits of having apprentices. They can do your studio tours, intro sessions and eventually beginner classes. Your apprentices will be eager to start teaching which frees you up to work "on" your business.

And if you'll allow me to get a little "woo-woo" for a second.....when studios sign up to Host, it's signal to the universe that you're ready for more. Five of our EYT 2022 Hosts expanded to second locations within 6 months of signing up with EYT.
